Terms of Use

Shared terms for our mobile apps (Android & iOS).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of mobile applications published by Sardis Studios (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these Terms.

1) Privacy

Your use of our apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy: privacy.html.

2) License and Restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the applicable store rules.

3) Third-Party Services

Some app features may rely on third-party services (for example, analytics, crash reporting, AI APIs, or cloud services). Your use of those services may be governed by their terms and privacy policies.

4) Purchases and Subscriptions

If an app offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, billing is handled by the platform store provider (e.g., Google Play on Android, the App Store on iOS). We do not process your payment card information directly. Purchase restoration, cancellation, and refunds are subject to the store provider’s policies.

5) Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any app (or any part of an app) at any time. We do not guarantee that any feature will always be available.

6) Disclaimers

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sardis Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our apps.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sardis Studios is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
